Do you offer makeup artist pro discounts?

Unfortunately, at this time we do not offer discounts.

Is there a limit on how many items can I order per month?

Yes, please note that all our products are limited to 3 per each item for every person per month. Our store is set to block all orders that contain more than the required quantity for each item. If you exceed this limit, your order will be canceled and refunded in full.

We want to ensure that every customer has a fair chance to enjoy these products.

How much is shipping?

All shipping rates will vary. Please take into consideration a few different factors such as

  • Domestic vs International shipments
  • Total weight of package
  • Selected shipping method

 We ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE for ANY fees required by customs for any reason. All shipping fees we require will be clearly shown to you upon checkout.

Are your products cruelty-free?

Yes, our whole line is cruelty-free. We believe makeup is for humans, not animals!! We have researched our manufacturers and know they do not use products tested on animals. We are currently working on getting the Leaping Bunny Logo. 

How long does shipping take?

Our hours of operation for shipping are Monday through Friday, 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. CST, excluding weekends and major USA holidays. Orders will ship 1­-2 business days after you order.

*NOTE: during restocks, new releases & special promotions, there can be an additional 2-4 business days of processing time! 

Transit times will vary depending on but not limited to: 

  • Total distance between you and us
  • Whether your parcel is a domestic (USA) or international (everywhere else not in the USA) shipment
  • What delivery method you select

Standard: 2-6 Business Days 
Expedited: 1-3 Business Days 
FedEx Ground: 3-5 Business Days
FedEx 2 Day: 2 Business Days

INTERNATIONAL (Does NOT account for time spent at customs, border inspection facilities, etc): 
Standard Post (APC Postal Logistics): 7-15 Business Days

DHL Express: 2-5 Business Days
FedEx Ground: 3-10 Business Days
FedEx International Priority: 1-5 Business Days

Any inquiries regarding the exact location of your package should be made to the carrier directly. We only have so much information. What you see on the tracking number is what can be seen by us as well. 

How do I track my order?

Please allow between 1-2 business days for your tracking number to update once you receive your tracking number by email. 
If you don't see the email in your inbox try checking your spam folder.

Is there a smell to your products?

Our products are fragrance-free, paraben-free, hypo-allergenic, and non-comedogenic.

What is a non-comedogenic product?

Non-comedogenic products are products that do not cause pore blockages and breakouts.

When will my favorite products be back in stock?

For current re-stocks please subscribe to our announcements.

Are your products available in a store?

Not at the moment. Our team is working on getting our products available at local stores. Subscribe to our newsletter for information and updates regarding store product availability. 

I couldn't find the answer I'm looking for here, what do I do now?

Send us an email to our customer service team. They will be happy to help with any other question you may have. Send your name, order number (if applicable), and question to customer_service@sinsationalbeauty.com. Our hours of operation for customer service are Monday through Friday, 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. CST, excluding weekends and major holidays. Our customer service teams will do their best to respond as quickly as possible, however, please allow 24­ - 48 hours to receive a response. Also, we are only equipped to handle orders placed through sinsationalbeauty.com.
